this is my first tutorial, so don't be too hard on me xD I've had a lot of people asking me how I made my Fran ears, so I decided to make a little tutorial.

How would you attach the ears to a headband because I need to make ears for my Reisen cosplay (( Touhou))

I usually just wrap the wire around the headband. But you can also do it like this ([link], which is a bit more comfortable.

What type of wire did you use? Is it a coat hanger or armature/craft wire, and by chance do you remember the gauge? I have some aluminum wire that I hope will work.

I'm sorry for the late reply!
It is aluminum wire. I do not know the gauge, sorry, but the diameter of the wire is probably about 3-4 mm. Hope that helps.
